Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the development and execution of the Pinch A Penny digital marketing strategy to increase sales and traffic both in store and online while adhering to all brand standards. The Specialist will create and assist in the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns and will always look for new opportunities, services and platforms to enhance our digital marketing channels, drive sales and increase traffic. Tactics and initiatives include, but are not limited to SEM, E-mail, Social and Inbound Marketing. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • BS/MS in marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
