Overview

Pinch A Penny Pool, Patio and Spa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Franchise Development/Sales Manager in Texas. The position will report to our Franchise Development Team in Clearwater, Florida and be responsible for new franchise store development and resales. This new position will have the opportunity to work with a fast growing team to develop and expand our brand in Texas, while working closely with our team in Clearwater, FL. 

Required Skills

A four-year degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is needed. A minimum of 3-5 years’ franchise sales/development as well as sales and marketing experience required. This position requires a thorough knowledge of marketing, and lead generation. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, as well as conflict management experience is required. This position requires approximately 50-60% travel, including frequent travel to Clearwater, FL. Must have the ability to work independently and possess self-motivation.
