Pinch A Penny Pool, Patio and Spa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Manager in Texas. The position will report to our Franchise Development Team in Clearwater, Florida and be responsible for lease review negotiation, analysis and new site selection. This new position will have the opportunity to work with a fast growing team to develop and expand our brand in Texas, while working closely with our team in Clearwater, FL.
A four-year degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of real estate management experience required, as well as a thorough knowledge of real estate leasing, lease review, negotiation experience, preparing and negotiating LOI’s and site selection experience. Franchise experience desired. Experience using GbBIS mapping software desired. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, time management, as well as conflict management experience. Position requires approximately 50-60% travel, including frequent travel to Clearwater, FL. Must have the ability to work independently and possess self-motivation.
